Shore Road Summer Residence
The Shore Road project, an elegant but fun custom designed lake home, was designed and built for entertaining during those great summer night parties and get togethers.
Londonderry Tpk Duplex
This custom designed Duplex injects true luxury and style into what is typically considered nothing more than your average multifamily design. When I designed this home I wanted it to look like a single-family home as much as possible and it had to have great luxury home curb appeal. From the front tower like façade to its multilevel roofline this is not your typical duplex style home.
Gomes Residence
The Gomes custom home was specifically designed for these owners who were looking for a single floor design that would give them the ability to eliminate stair climbing as they were making their way into the retirement years. The Dining, Kitchen and Living rooms open concept with high sloping ceilings give this homes main area a nice spacious feel allowing everyone to stay in view and connected to each other.
Varney Duplex
The Varney Street project after long consideration became a tear down / new construction “in-fill” project. We call it that because the existing home was located in an already established inner city neighborhood. Since the existing homes condition was beyond repair because of its age and neglect it was decided that it needed to be torn down. Built around 1890 this home was built according to the standards at that time which weren’t as advanced as they are today but considering the time in which this home has lasted we can say it did very well.
Mailhot Residence
This custom home was custom built for clients in 2006 in my Walnut Terrace subdivision located in the outskirts of Manchester. Walnut Terrace was a new 7 lot subdivision of custom homes specifically built for clients. This particular client had my team build them one of my personally designed ultra modern cape style home with 2 stall garage under and some very unique interior space.
Hamad Residence
With a very traditional look this custom home was carefully planned out to accommodate its dramatic sloping lot. This home has a beautiful dark cherry kitchen cabinets, four bedrooms with a large master suite, great family room with fireplace and a unique sitting / reading area room right off the kitchen dining rooms. Inside the master suite there is a spacious walk in closet, oversized bath that has double sink vanity with large Jacuzzi and a separate reading alcove just off the bedroom area.
