The addition to the Tierney home was like building an entire house onto an existing home. With such a large family more space was needed and we were honored to be the ones to build it for them. The scope of this project was to tear down the existing 1.5 stall garage and build a brand new 2+-stall garage with a huge second floor family/game room & private office for the entire family to enjoy. Also included in the project was the updating and expansion of the existing kitchen.

With the expansive ceiling line, large bright stacked window alcoves and the floor to ceiling fireplace & TV centerpiece this expansion when it was completed took on a life of its own. Once totally completed it was no surprise that this project ended up exceeding the owners’ expectations.
