Bedford at Greystone
This crown jewel has put itself right at the top of my career list of great personal accomplishments. This ultra luxury custom home named the Bedford located in an exclusive New York gated subdivision called Greystone on Hudson overlooks the Hudson River. This location were we built this magnificent custom home was the original location of the great Greystone Castle which was built in the mid 1800’s as part of Millionaires’ Row during New York’s Gilded Age.
Beau Reve
This ultra luxury custom home was at that time my greatest accomplishment as a custom residential builder. I still take great pride in this particular project considering what it demanded from me personally and professionally. Built into the banks of the prestigious Governors’ Island on Lake Winnipesaukee this custom mansion was Planned, Designed and Built in less than 24 months. With over 17,000 sq ft of living space this custom home dwarfed the original summer cabin that once stood in its place, which provided great memories for the same family nearly 8 generations.
