This Main Bath was completely stripped down to the wall studs so that the entire bath could be completely updated to modern standards. Structural repairs had to be done to the floor framing due to rotted wood caused by leaky fixtures that were never maintained over the years. This bathroom was renovated with updated fixtures, vanities, lighting and flooring. This bath had never been updated or renovated since this home was built nearly 47 years ago and the end results were fantastic.
The new bath was fit up with…
⦁ Spacious 60” walk-in acrylic shower with free standing seat ⦁ Water saving elongated toilet ⦁ Recessed lighting ⦁ High volume exhaust fan ⦁ Custom vanity lighting ⦁ Stylish ceramic tiled floor ⦁ A newly installed Bi-fold doors to linen closet ⦁ A custom made hardwood double sink vanity with granite top and under mounted sinks.
The transformation from old to new was stunning here as well. From dark dingy worn out to bright clean sharp and efficient. Every high usage room like baths, kitchens and laundry rooms can last just so long and eventually need to be updated. The design of modern day fixtures and product has greatly improved over the last 10 and even 5 years not to forget the efficiency of mechanically operating appliances and fixtures. The good thing to know is that when you invest your money into home improvements such as this you with out doubt add value to your investment you call home.
