Furr Residence
This Main Bath was completely stripped down to the wall studs so that the entire bath could be completely updated to modern standards. Structural repairs had to be done to the floor framing due to rotted wood caused by leaky fixtures that were never maintained over the years. This bathroom was renovated with updated fixtures, vanities, lighting and flooring. This bath had never been updated or renovated since this home was built nearly 47 years ago and the end results were fantastic.
Mock Bath
We took a simple ¾ guest bath and converted it into a classy little john. First this bath was completed gutted out and down to the wall studs then damaged framing was repaired. We lengthened the bath by eliminating an old closet to make room for a full length seated fiberglass shower unit. The linoleum flooring was replaced with marble flooring, the old plywood vanity was replaced with a new modern laminated unit. The bath had just a single center ceiling light, which was removed, and new recessed lighting plus a medium volume exhaust fan.
